All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.

WHEN WE DELIVER
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and on some occasions it may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Whispers Dress Agency is not responsible for any postal delays or delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you placed your order to contact us.
WORKING DAYS
A working day is referred to as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, extreme weather conditions and custom clearance processes.
USING AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF YOUR DEBIT/ CREDIT CARD
You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/ credit card. You can enter the delivery address at checkout. Please ensure however that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details will not be made once your order has been placed.
INSURANCE
Whispers Dress Agency insures each purchase from the time of dispatch to the point that it has been delivered to you. Once you have confirmed receipt of delivery by means of a signature then the responsibility of your purchased goods is then passed to you.
If you purchase an item that you are not the recipient of (for example a gift) and have addressed it to someone other than yourself, then you accept that proof of a signature at the stated delivery address is evidence of delivery to your specified recipient and the transfer of responsibility still becomes yours.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS DUTIES?
Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, Whispers Dress Agency has no control over this and these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end. We do not offer a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service
We are not currently registered for VAT.
