Yes, as we are an online retailer you can only order online. This is the best way to pay. It is fast, safe and secure.
When you are ready to pay for your shopping, click on the CART button in the top right hand corner of the screen. This takes you to your cart and displays details of all the items that you have selected. From here you click the CHECKOUT button. You will then be guided through a simple process whereby you will be able to complete your transaction without signing in or creating an account. However, if you wish to create an account at this stage you can choose to do so by simply ticking the box “create an account”. You will provide us with details such as NAME, DELIVERY ADDRESS, BILLING ADDRESS and METHOD OF PAYMENT. Once this information has been confirmed and payment has been made,the process is complete and we will acknowledge your order by email.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges although this in no way affects your right to return an item for a refund.
Once you've reached the Checkout stage, enter your promotional code into the 'Redeem a promotion code' box, enter the correct code and click 'Continue'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.
For UK & ROI customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch notification. For USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand customers please return items within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch notification. For all other International customers, please return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date you receive the parcel. Please return the unsuitable item in its original packaging with tags intact. While we always strive to accurately represent the clothing on our website, the actual color and texture cannot always be properly conveyed in a digital photograph. The reason for this ranges from the lighting used when the photograph was taken to the settings on your computer monitor display.
Yes of course, we are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in many countries with more coming very soon.Shoppers will get the benefit of seeing our product prices in their local currency. For a list of available countries and shopping currencies, click the flag icon at the top of our site and choose the currency you wish displayed. This in no way effects any of the countries not listed as all orders are processed in GBP at the checkout Page.
Most of our items are preloved unless otherwise stated in the description. They are carefully inspected for any flaws and go through a thorough inspection process, however you can't expect their appearance and finish to be as perfect as that of new items.Occasionally an item may need dry cleaning but this is usually stated in the description.
Postage costs are displayed prior to payment at checkout. To view the postage costs before checkout either click on View Cart and enter your country and postcode in the "Get Shipping Estimates" box or add an item to your cart and then click the postage calculator at the bottom of the item description. All our items are weight based for postage to give the best possible shipping prices.

Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours although we have no control over the postal service. Estimates for postal service times can be found on our Delivery Information page for further detail.
An item is not reserved by placing it in your cart. This means there is a chance your item may be bought by someone else whilst it is still in your cart.Your order is only confirmed when you have selected your delivery and payment method and clicked the “Place Order” button
